How do I begin backing up?

Set up the SOS client on every computer that needs backup. Decide which files are important to you. Launch the client, select the files, and back them up.

You can set different backup schedules for different computers, users and file types.

If you have a lot of data your first backup may take a long time. After your first backup, we record just the changes to your data so your backup times are quicker, and you can retrieve earlier versions of your data.

How do I retrieve data?

SOS makes it easy to recover from software accidents, hardware failures, natural disasters and malware.

Launch the SOS client and select the file name and version or backup date. Then, download it to your computer.
